The only color quality available was 4 bit. My computer teacher gave me a Windows XP disc, and I've installed Windows XP Professional on the computer. I experienced the same problem. I know the card is okay because it works fine in win7 which I have installed on another drive in the same computer. Sorry, there was a problem flagging this post. Remove the registry entry of INTEL using Registry Editor.

I would reinstall the drivers and found that an older 8501agpXP would pull it out of the stuck resolution.
