None of the programs were integral to the operation of Windows. this espeacially happen with intel 845 motherboard or sometimes by i865 motherboard.. I'm starting to hate that letter. Whenever I'm away from the computer for an extended time, I always go to Start and put it in sleep mode. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
