I also got the same problem and i still cant solve it! Only occasionally do I get into Windows normally.After weeks of reading online, I have come across myriad solutions that others claim work for them but have not worked for me. Immediately, the screen flicks and the computer will reboot and promote for repair of system start up, which of course never helped. it did the trick...

I've reinstalled everything but iTunes. System Restore In Safe Mode Windows 7 solved Windows 10 freezes in normal mode, stable in safe mode. It will take a number of restarts, but you should be able to determine which program is causing the issue.. (Just a suggestion, you might start by uninstalling your P2P software Just working my way down the list now to see which service was causing the issue.
