The caret browsing mode you mentioned that causes this, does it make anywhere you click on a webpage bring up a text cursor like you're editing a field? Left and Down Arrows work now as Alt GR, Page Up gives me /, my Alt Gr is now Enter, my right Ctrl functions as Page Down and my Right Arrow, No, you aren't the only one. I'm running Windows 7 home premium sp 1 on an emachines laptop that has seen better days.
