When I ran "badblocks -vn /dev/sdb", it gave an error "input/output error during write" and started listing numbers from 0 to 63 in the output and froze there. It is shown in Disk Management as Disk 1 Not Initialized, Unknown 2048 GB Unallocated. Please don’t format the partition as the prompt suggested and there’s no need for being freaked out when above errors show up.
